The table has a hole system of 16mm, these holes are drilled with a CNC machine which gives a square angle grid in all directions. Parts are normally created by first placing them at a right angle to the stops on the side and front edges of the table. This is very important for maintaining right angles while welding huge parts.
System 16 is beneficial because it provides a number of holes in a given area for all the accessories to get clamped.
Welders are often irritated of unavoidable welding spots and spatter on the platform surface, which creates bumps and is tough to remove.
The modular welding table system makes it possible to design the most diverse and customised table sur-faces with only a few components. The table surface can be opened to accommodate protruding parts.
The individual plates of the table surface exhibit a tolerance of ± 0.05 mm and are therefore interchange-able.
Accessories like extension blocks and riser blocks can be used to extend the perimeter of the table to ac-commodate huge parts.
Oscillating sheets is smoother than ever. All thanks to deep countered holes across the table allowing counter sunk high tensile bolts to flush with the surface.
